Daddy Dark is coming in May 2010. The one and only Charlie Dark (Attica Blues / Blacktronica) is coming to be part of PIYN 2010 in New Zealand.
Charlie brings untold years of experience as a performer and spoken word workshop practitioner, as well as being the man behind Nike UK’s running programme called Run Dem Crew.
The PIYN 2009 album is a free giveaway album and a Creative Commons Project … which features Urban Soul Orchestra from the UK, and a melting pot of Auckland’s urban ethnic artists and performers.
An album was recorded that includes ethnic musicians and songwriters, alongside modern Kiwi urban producers and artists, collaborating to create a work that has modern production values, whilst still retaining distinct elements of culture.
